Once a returned specimen is received at our Mumbai gallery and verified by our cataloguers to match the original die characteristics, your refund is credited within 48 hours to the original source of payment.
2. Lifetime Authenticity Refund Guarantee
Beyond the initial 7-day inspection window, RANG Numismatics provides an unconditional lifetime refund guarantee in the extraordinary event that any third-party recognized grading authority (such as NGC or PCGS) determines an item to be counterfeit or altered.
3. Payment Gateway Timing
Bank transfers, UPI reimbursements, and credit card reversals typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 banking days, subject to your issuing institution's settlement schedule.
