We understand that inspecting a coin in hand under proper lighting is essential for collectors. You are granted 7 calendar days from the date of recorded delivery to examine the specimen. If the item does not meet your aesthetic standards, you may initiate a return for a full refund.
2. Condition of Returned Collectibles
To qualify for a refund, the coin or artifact must remain in its original, unopened security flip or capsule with all certificates of authenticity intact. Any specimen subjected to chemical cleaning, dipping, mechanical scratching, or alteration will forfeit return eligibility.
3. Return Transit Procedure
Our concierge will arrange a reverse-insured courier pickup at your convenience. The return packaging must match the original security standard to maintain insurance validity during return transit.
